Diet or Exercise: Which is Better for Weight Loss?

I don’t even know why people debate this subject.  Well, actually I do,

people always seems to look for the easy way to do things.  

It isn’t really about work smarter than harder, it is that in order for a person to lose weight, they are going to have to make changes in their world and in general, people don’t like to do that.

I get it, change is hard.  So?  What is wrong with hard?  Why is it that we complain and look for the easy way out if the solution we are looking for is hard?

It’s because we are humans.  That is it.  It is human nature and if you want to do it any other way, you truly are different and you should give yourself a pat on the back.

The end result of this study shouldn’t be shocking, it takes both diet and exercise to get the best results.  So, pull up your leggings, fill your water bottle, get your music going, purge your junk food cupboard, and do what it takes to get the results that you really want.
