First of all, I love myfitnesspal. I have used them for years and have talked about them on our site before, a few times.
Also, as I have said before, there some great blog sites out there you just have to have a little look. This blog site is great because it is easy to navigate and full of great simple info.
As for this particular post, sugar is the downfall of so many people. These are truly great alternatives:
- raw honey,
- maple syrup,
- dark chocolate,
- coconut palm sugar,
- both dried fruit and
- fresh fruit.
BUT, as with almost everything else you eat, watch your portions. Too much of anything is not good. Choose one of these alternatives and enjoy that great sweet treat.
