I feel a little like Homer Simpson right now. Hhhmmmmm donuts.
Part of having balance in your eating routine is allowing yourself to have treats. Our bodies crave sweet, salty, and fat. It’s not until we have too much of these things that it becomes a real problem, but if we can satisfy these cravings, then we will be less likely to overindulge when we do eat them.
Please let me know if you get the chance to try these, I’m going to go get some donut molds this week so that I can do the up right.
