The 5 Best Dumbbell Workouts (that take 10 minutes or less)

I am not usually a fan of posts that promote getting a full workout done in a ridiculous amount of time.  

If you are truly committed to changing your body, you need to put in the work.  It’s just that simple.  You need to commit to a change in your eating habits and your physical exercise level.  Having said that, I am also painfully aware that we operate on a very limited time schedule these days.  So, if you can only fit a short workout into your day, then some is really better than none.  Also, a common issue for most people is coming up with actual things to do once you have committed to heading to get some exercise in.

I am a firm believer in using weights as part of your workout routine.  Build more muscles and burn more calories.  You need to add weights to your world.  So, here are some relatively simple routines that you can follow at the gym or even at home if you have some dumbells.

Please understand that if you have never lifted weights before, start small.  Use what you have at home or a small weight than you first think.  If after doing these routines for a while they no longer are tough, use more weight.

So the 5 are;

  1. Dumbbell snatch
  2. Full body onslaught
  3. Hardcore
  4. Get swole
  5. Pure Payne.

Give these a chance, all or some.  Just do it!
