Tips to Help Kids Focus



This was one of those little clips that popped up on my Facebook page.  

As it is the time of the year when the kids are going back to school, that was the reason for getting our kids refocused.  But it got me to thinking, am I fuzzy with some of my food choices?  

How do I feel after eating certain foods?  Feeling the post turkey dinner snooze is quite common but do we need to be paying more attention to the other foods we eat and how our bodies react to them?

I think so.

So, as you watch this video, think, not only of your kids, but how you react to the foods that you eat.  This is a great thing to start paying attention to.
