Sometimes the best articles are not the ones with big complex answers with lots of charts and graphs.  This article came to me about a month ago and I have been saving it simply because it is just that, simple.

Stress is so large in our world, if we can find a few simple ways to reduce its effects on our skin why would we not try them.

Simple things such as camomile tea, kiwis, oranges, red peppers, lemon, seafood and pumpkin seeds, kelp, rose essential oil are all things that are easy to find and simple to use.  

Do yourself a favour and lesson the effect of stress on your skin.  If you look less stressed, that will go a long way.
