Part of the process of changing your lifestyle is that you should be always learning new things.
Part of that process is that there is always new studies being published and so there are either affirmations or confirmations or absolute fables being debunked.
Some people in the health and fitness world are really against fruits and the sugar they have. In all the reading I have done, I think those people are wrong. It doesn’t mean that you can eat all you want all the time, it means, be smart and use moderation.
